The Chamber strives to achieve its ambition by pursuing the following strategies dubbed "TANA" after the great lake Tana of Ethiopia:
Training
Ethiopian American Chamber of Commerce is fully dedicated to providing the necessary training and education needed to fulfill the ambition of a business or company in need of the aid.
Advocacy
The chamber will pursue the act of negotiating in order to carry out and accomplish the needed service.
Networking
The chamber attempts a far-reaching networking activity with participants to share information on all economic, commercial, communication, and on specific business sectors.
Any and all economic assistance
The Ethiopian American Chamber of Commerce will offer any and all assistance needed to improve and guide business people carry out their goals in the market place.
